Last March 13, 2025, the Stratbase Group, led by Prof. Dindo Manhit (Founder and CEO of Stratbase Group), had a private meeting with Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Gibo Teodoro. In light of rising cyber attacks and malign information being spread on the cyberspace and social media, both the DND and Stratbase discussed how to best practice strategic collaboration to strengthen cyber resilience in the Philippines.

DND shared their current initiatives to reach this goal, while the Stratbase Group recommended ways to partner with the private sector, other key government partners, and the international community to achieve this. Stratbase also underscored their commitment to support the DND in their initiatives.
