As Chair of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Multi-Sector Governance Council (AFP-MSGC) Cybersecurity Committee, Prof. Dindo Manhit (President and CEO, Stratbase Institute) had the privilege of hosting a meeting at the Stratbase office alongside his AFP counterpart, BGEN Walter Icaro, Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for C4ISTAR Systems (J6), AFP. They were also joined by AFP-MSGC Cybersecurity Committee Member, Lt. Col. Jan Arceo (Res.). 

Their discussion focused on advancing a more cyber-resilient and cyber-secure Philippines while working with other key stakeholders from the government. They exchanged ideas on actionable initiatives on securing the Philippines’ critical infrastructure and pushing for policies that will further strengthen the country’s cybersecurity posture.
