Stratbase Institute President and CEO Prof. Dindo Manhit and Stratbase Group Chief Operating Officer Mr. RP Manhit was invited to lunch by Ambassador Wallace Chow (Head of Mission, Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in the Philippines (TECO)). They were joined by LtGen. Michael Lee (Ret) (Deputy Representative, Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office) and Ms. Emilie Shao (Political Division, Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office). 

Together, they discussed the ongoing challenges both the Philippines and Taiwan continue to face as well as avenues of cooperation between the two countries, as well as the Institute and TECO.
