Stratbase Institute President and CEO Prof. Dindo Manhit was visited by a Taiwanese delegation led by Dr. Titus Chen (Research Fellow and Deputy Director, Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University). Prof. Manhit was joined by Mr. Orly Oxales (Deputy Managing Director, Stratbase Group), Gen. Manny Bautista (Ret.) (Non-Resident Fellow, Stratbase Institute; former Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines), and RADM Rommel Ong (Non-Resident Fellow, Stratbase Institute; Professor of Praxis, Ateneo School of Government). 

The visiting delegation included Dr. Hon-Min Yau (Director and Associate Professor, Graduate Institute of International Security, National Defense University, Taiwan) and Dr. Ya-Yin Lin (Assistant Professor, Graduate Institute of Strategic Studies, National Defense University, Taiwan). Mr. Kai Wang of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) was also present during the discussion. 

Together, they talked about the security challenges both Taiwan and the Philippines are facing in the digital space, especially when it comes to foreign information manipulation and interference. They also explored how the two countries can work together to strengthen digital resilience and advance economic security.
