Stratbase Institute President and CEO Prof. Dindo Manhit was visited by Ambassador of Israel to the Philippines H.E. Dana Kursh and SIGNAL Group (Sino-Israel Global Network & Academic Leadership) Founder and Executive Director Ms. Carice Witte at the Stratbase office. They were joined by Stratbase Institute Non-Resident Fellow RADM Rommel Ong (Ret.), Embassy of Israel Defense Attaché Atty. Or Meir Betzalel, and SIGNAL Group Director of Operations and Communications, Ms. Julia Cole. 

Together, they discussed the prevailing security challenges confronting both the Philippines and Israel within the broader Indo-Pacific region. The exchange also covered their respective national experiences in addressing foreign information manipulation and interference, particularly in the digital domain, and the evolving implications of such activities for national and regional security.
