Stratbase Institute President and CEO Prof. Dindo Manhit was invited to speak at the Contact Center Association of the Philippines’ forum entitled “Global Disruptions and Business Continuity: Preparing Philippine IT-BPM Leaders” via Zoom. He was invited to speak as the main speaker to provide a briefing to the IT-BPO business leaders on a global situationer with the recent geopolitical developments and global market implications. 

In light of the recent geopolitical developments in the Middle East, CCAP organized a virtual sector briefing through the CCAP Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Security Councils to help member companies better understand the evolving situation and its potential implications for the sector.  

Prof. Manhit was pleased to share his insights on the current global situation and its potential implications for areas such as energy markets, supply chains, telecommunications infrastructure, and broader economic conditions.
