On May 4, Thursday, Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio T. Carpio launched his e-book entitled, “The South China Sea Dispute: Philippine Sovereign Rights and Jurisdiction in the West Philippine Sea”, which also features a map drawn by Jesuit Father Pedro Murillo Velarde and published in 1734.

Stratbase ADRi Chairman Albert del Rosario, as the writer of the book’s foreword, delivered his remarks during the event.
