Stratbase ADR Institute hosted a presentation of Dr. Francisco A. Magno’s Special Study entitled: “Crafting an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Policy in the Philippines” to be held yesterday in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Dr. Magno defined EPR, and examined the feasibility of its adoption in the Philippines as means to emphasize the need for additional policy measures to respond to the solid waste management problem in the country. Thereafter, a roundtable discussion ensued to give stakeholders the opportunity to exchange comments and ideas on what was presented.
