We are pleased to share with you free access to Stratbase ADR Institute’s Special Study entitled, “Revisiting Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000”, written by Dr. Marlon de Luna Era, Associate Professor at De La Salle University.
The study provides a review and insights on solid waste management governance in the Philippines. It aims to provide the big and complete picture on how to improve the present implementation. The paper also presents a social and gender perspective of solid waste management which should be considered both by the national and the local governments in their pursuit of ecological solid waste management for the next 20 years.
