Stratbase Institute President and CEO Prof. Victor Andres “Dindo” Manhit met with RADM Jay Tarriela, Philippine Coast Guard Spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea and Adviser to the Commandant on Maritime Security Affairs; COMMO Nelson Timbang, Chief of Coast Guard Staff for Intelligence; and Dr. Jeffrey Ordaniel, President and CEO of the WPS Foundation. Prof. Manhit also sits as the Vice-Chair of the WPS Philippine Advisory Board. 

They discussed preparations for the WPS Foundation’s upcoming Manila Dialogue later this year, as well as the latest developments in the West Philippine Sea and broader maritime security issues.
