Stratbase Institute President and CEO Prof. Victor Andres “Dindo” Manhit was visited by Embassy of Japan Economic Counsellor Mr. YOKOTA Naobumi and Second Secretary (Economic Section) Ms. MUKAIGAWA Yurie at the Stratbase office. Prof. Manhit was joined by Ms. Venice Rañosa, Stratbase Group Research Director, and Ms. Marie Rillo, Stratbase Group Senior Research Associate.

Together, they discussed about the emerging opportunities for Japan and Philippines to deepen relations, especially in the economic sector, given the developments in the Luzon Economic Corridor. Stratbase continues to advocate an investment-led growth for the Philippines with investments from like-minded parters including Japan.
