Following the Permanent Court of Arbitration’s tribunal ruling in favor of the Philippines in its claims against China’s expansive territorial claims in the South China Sea, the Stratbase-Albert Del Rosario Institute (ADRi), with the participation of the UP Institute for Maritime Affairs and Law of the Sea (UP-IMLOS), organized a forum entitled “Upholding the Law of the Sea Convention and the Post-Arbitration Philippine Challenge” held last July 15, Friday, that provided an excellent opportunity for policymakers, academics and students to expand their knowledge on South China Sea issues with the perspectives of international experts.
