Dindo Manhit, CEO and Managing Director of the Stratbase Group and President of the Stratbase ADR Institute, briefed the Philippine Air Force Civil-Military Operations Group (PAFCMOG) on the issues surrounding the West Philippine Sea.

The PAFCMOG is a newly activated unit with the mission “To conduct Civil-Military Operations in order to support the Philippine Air Force in the accomplishment of its mission”, striving to understand the role of the PAF in territorial defense.
