Last July 30, 2019, Dindo Manhit, CEO and Managing Director of the Stratbase Group and President of the Stratbase ADR Institute, and Dr. Renato de Castro, Trustee and Convenor for the National Security and East Asian Affairs Program of the Stratbase ADR Institute, were visited by a delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, headed by Hoang Bin Quan, Chairman of the Commission for External Relations of the Central Committee.

They discussed issues on regional security, ways to promote ASEAN relations, and the role of think tanks in national and international affairs.
