Stratbase Institute President and CEO Prof. Victor Andres “Dindo” Manhit, was visited by representatives from Global Affairs Canada, Mr. Mathieu Audet, Director of the Evaluation Division; Mr. Laurent Tran, Evaluation Manager; and Mr. Patrick O’Neill, First Secretary of the Embassy of Canada in the Philippines. 

The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy and discuss how Canada can further expand and strengthen its engagement across the region, particularly its partnership with the Philippines. 

The discussion highlighted the importance of sustained cooperation and strategic partnerships in advancing shared interests and responding to the evolving geopolitical and economic landscape of the Indo-Pacific.
