From October 7 to 8, 2026, Prof. Victor Andres “Dindo” Manhit, President and CEO of Stratbase Institute, was invited to speak and participate in the 8th ASEAN-ROK Think Tank Strategic Dialogue, hosted by the Korea National Development Academy (KNDA) in Seoul, South Korea. 

In his Keynote Speech, Prof. Manhit highlighted that the ASEAN-ROK partnership should not be defined by economic cooperation alone, but should also contribute to regional peace, dialogue, and confidence-building amid growing geopolitical tensions. 

During the closed-door discussion with other experts from South Korea and the ASEAN, Prof. Manhit underscored opportunities for ASEAN-ROK cooperation in building resilient economies, infrastructure, digital systems, energy and food supplies, and communities.
